Great clean facilities and the pumps were not too cramped.I used the air pressure machine to top up tyres. It was good

Marked as 24 hours yet had a sign up and was told I couldn't get petrol due to the colleague being on a 15 min break. Yet they were serving someone inside paying for shop items. Will avoid going forward.

Fuel us usually a competitive price. Shop is small but you csn find your usual snacks there including sandwiches and coffee machine. Staff in a whole are pleasant and some even friendly. Easy enough access and exit but if busy time of day, can take a bit of time to get across the bus lane and into the forecourt, same for exiting if busy, depends on the kindness of other drivers to let you out. ( or in )

I usually go to this Shell fuel station in day time. The staff of this fuel station are friendly and very helpful! Their services are above and beyond.

Good clean forecourt, always has fuel that I need. They have a customer toilet, which is suitable for disabled users. Car wash is adjacent to water and air station, which means you sometimes get spray while doing the tyres. Air is expensive, and sometimes is out of use. Always friendly service.

I really don't like using this fuel station, the staff are really not customer friendly or customer focused, if there was a negative star rating I would post -10 for (no) effort!I've visited for both work refueling and personal top ups.Recently I wanted to use a debit card (without chip & pin), the person on duty didn't want to pass the card machine into the security hatch!And then had a problem" with allowing me to use my money off reward.This is really disappointing!I don't know any reason to purchase fuel from here in the near future."

A filling station who treats all its customers as criminals. Instead of installing ANPR to catch fuel dodgers, the genius cheapskate management displayed at 50p laminated sheet saying PAY FIRST PLEASE" Pure disgrace to Shell Corporation. Guy at till "Naveen" was good but simply following management's pathetic rules."

Cashier wouldn't authorise pump 6 and began jabbering at me over the PA in some indecipherable language. Ended up leaving without fuel. This was in broad daylight and I've been filling up there with the same car for years. Shall use the new Jet 5 minutes away instead in future.

Great petrol station. For being a Shell the prices are not high compared to others which is nice to see. They’re pretty much in line with all the other petrol stations in the area, sometimes even being the cheapest. They have a toilet and good facilities. I always go here for the VPower as my car needs it

Convenience. Not the cheapest, but has what you expect it to have. Apart from petrol - the rest of stuff I'd buy there only if there's no other shop I could get it from, as it's overpriced. But then, that's what you expect in a petrol station. You know all this already. You didn't need me to tell you!! Nothing new here (for a petrol station). Apart from there's a locker system that you can get your Amazon stuff dropped off to.
