Ordered surprise ballon for my friends birthday well in advance, 3 days after her birthday it still didn't arrive, sent two email and no response! It was meant to be a surprise as we can't see each other due to lockdown and that has been ruined. I have ordered from this company as lots of others wouldn't deliver on the day I needed it. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Paid for balloons to be delivered on a particular day but they were never received and there was no attempt to contact me to say they wouldn’t arrive on time, which was very disappointing. Balloons by Post dealt with my complaint quickly and positively however and I received a full refund.

Ordered balloon for Mother's Day. Communication with supplier excellent and they deliver to Northern Ireland. Arrived on time and my mother was delighted with it.

I’ve used this company twice and been delighted on both occasions. Fantastic, friendly customer service and delivered on the specified day.I recently sent “get well soon” balloons to a 6-yr-old recovering from Covid; a packet of sweets is included as part of the surprise, but they also added in an extra packet of sweets for her little sister when they heard. A really nice gesture.And don’t underestimate the enormous amount of fun children can have with balloons and the box they come in. They were the perfect gift!

We trusted this company to deliver a balloon to a critically injured patient in hospital in a high dependency ward, paying extra for guaranteed next day delivery. It failed to arrive, the tracking code was not recognized and the company blamed the Royal Mail.It finally arrived the evening of the day after - NOT a balloon but a crumpled plastic foil bag, which was kept for my inspection when I was able to visit, 3 days from supposed dispatch. To say I was horrified by the state of it and more so by the disappointment of patient and disgust if staff would be an understatement. My regret is that I didn't think to take a photograph as the company refuses to take NO responsibility without one. The payment for guaranteed delivery has been refunded because no-one can deny that. Also a goodwill" gesture of a £5credit has been offered against future purchases. Obviously I have no proof as the offending piece of rubbish was disposed of as there is no room for useless clutter in a space already crowded with drip stands

Placed an order never received an invoice with my details on. I put the wrong address on but could not correct it because I didn’t know. So balloon didn’t arrive. Contacted company who told me they had received parcel back. They said it’s company policy not to give a refund. They offered to send parcel out again which is to late but it would still cost me £5. If I had been send an invoice this would never had happened

Delivery was totally unreliable. I ordered one balloon each for my young nieces, but they were sent separately and one arrived 3 days after the other. This ruined the surprise and the kids' enjoyment. I wouldn't have cared that delivery can't be guaranteed on a certain date, but i do expect one order to arrive at the same time and if that isn't the case the company should have told me so. Reliable deliveries has to be given for a service like this, otherwise why spend the money with you?

Ordered a large smiley face balloon to cheer my 86 year old friend - was loved by him & his careers! Great communication from start to finish. Good choice of balloons. Very professional. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Ordered a box of balloons for a big birthday. Arrived with one balloon completely flat, no damage to outer box so must have been faulty before dispatch. Offered £5 off next order, like we would want to order again. The bouquet wasn't even tied attractively like other companies, with a bit of tissue paper and cellophane stuck in bottom of cardboard box. Much better options are available.

I ordered a balloon for my nephew a couple of weeks ago and it's still floating and keeping him entertained now! It arrived on time and the free chocolates were a nice touch :) really pleased, I'm sure I'll be ordering again!
