asked staff member for model of waterproof camera but he could not be bothered to peel back barcode sticker to reveal model no 0 out of ten for customer service.

Bought some Blurays but found that the discs were missing when I came to watch them.Staff were very helpful and looked through all of the discs in store to find the missing discs, as well as replacing those that couldn't be found.Very helpful staff

A staff member at cash generator said in blackburn has damaged the sim port on my partners phone and lied about it when been asked and also has taken money off my partner and put it in a savers club which is not mentioned on the site. My partner is fuming I highly recommend people don't go to this place

Product sent out was visibly damaged and faulty, I did receive a refund for the item and return postage but was frustrated such an obviously damaged item was sent out. Person on phone was helpful when issuing the refund.

Went in to buy an Apple Watch got it home and turned it on and it was password locked had to travel 45 minutes back to get my money back even though I was told it was factory reset from the previous owner. These things need to be checked not even an apology from the staff.

Shame we had to give them even 1 star. Went in with my missus to buy an xbox.. there was a member of staff apparently named max behind the counter.. we asked if they possible had another controller as the one that was with the console wasn't in as good nick as described and he said no then gave us attitude, I confronted this attitude by saying not to treat us with disrespect as we're customers. He then continued giving bad language by swearing to me and my missus, giving more attitude and huffing and puffing. The manager was stood there allowing this guy to talk to us in utter disgrace!! Left without buying anything. I wouldn't go back in ever even if it was the last shop in the world. Absolutely disgraceful!!!

I placed an order for a laptop with this store online, got an email later asking me to send over ID and copies of utility bills. I refused and they cancelled my order. Why do I need to send ID and utility bills for an order I've paid for already? Utterly ridiculous

Brilliant friendly people, will do anything to help you in a difficult situation.The buy back scheme is a life saver if in desperate need.The weekly payments for items you want to buy is also good as not many people have the money to pay for items at once
