Steve (sales) is a prime example of what excellent customer service feels like, customer before profit. At no point did we feel pressured to buy, he was friendly, but still remained professional. I recently brought a 2.7 year old approved Jaguar i-Pace from Hatfields. Terry was excellent, very knowledgeable and explained everything so it was easy to understand. I had a short test drive around Liverpool just to get a feel for the car, and then we got down to the nitty gritty of purchasing it.Less than 2 weeks later the car was prepared to like new standard and available to view in the showroom. I have never had that experience in the past when I have bought brand new cars from other dealers.I am very happy with the service I have received so far from Hatfields.

Just had a new window screen fitted great service all the staff are great. took a couple of days to get the screen and fit it it took autoglass 4 weeks to supply and I was still waiting when I got fed up with them once again Hatfields great job.

Recently brought a 6 year old F-Pace approved Jaguar. Though I was buying a second hand car. The sales team made me feel like I just purchased a new car from them. Great sales service and aftercare. The car was prepared to like new standard with new disk and brake pads. I would say if buying a second hand car always look at an approved from main dealer. Highly recommend. Thank you
