Advance Autoparts has minimal stock and I was very surprised to hear that they don’t take ‘over the phone payments’. I therefore had to travel to the shop to pay for custom aerosols before they would mix them. Due to turn around time I then had to go home and return 2 hours later. This is unnecessary travel just because the store won’t take phone payments. This is the ONLY shop I know that doesn’t take payments over the phone.The website IMO also needs improvement as it doesn’t allow customers to search for, and pay for goods online. Staff I dealt with were helpful enough, the store just needs to get with the times when it comes to payment methods.
