IMO Car Wash

After asking them to re-clean my wheels twice as they were still dirty, I ended up asking for a cloth so I could do it myself. I got all of the remaining dirt off with a DRY cloth, so the dirt wasn’t “stuck on” as the man said it was. Even so, I would actually expect a car wash to have decent cleaning fluids/degreaser to clean wheels.When I got in my car, I found the seat to be dirty still, and patches which just haven’t been hoovered.I also paid £20 to include a —- wash, and I noticed at the end it said “basic wash”. Absolute scammers.

Firstly the queue is poorly designed, will cause an accident, if it hasn't already. Poor service, even though it is attended, the general quality of the car cleaning is of a poor standard. This type of carwash defeats the object of a car wash as your car still comes out dirty, see pictures, and this is my second time, and after contacting customer service who promised a voucher but upon going into the APP, suprise suprise no voucher... Non existent customer service. I wouldn't say my car was extremely dirty, however this dust that seems to mysteriously cover the car at the moment doesn't even get washed off properly. Can't recommend it, unless your car is already clean and you just want a gentle wash that any hose pipe can do, granted the drier is good, but not worth a £12 for the ultra HD wash, hate to think what the other cheaper options wash the car like. The attendant doesn't even give the car a proper prewash. Very disappointed, CANNOT RECOMMEND, go to the nearest hand carwash place as they will do a lot better job. Avoid this place, arrogant service, and not a proper job done simply because they know after queuing a long time you will not queue again as the car hasn't been cleaned properly, especially given the queue. People, stop using this car wash, that might make the owners sit up and take notice.

Most car washes of this nature do a substandard job but the guys at IMO car wash absolutely smashed it in terms of how clean my car was afterwards and I mean both inside and out. Best compliment I can give is they cleaned it as well as I would have done if I wasn’t a lazy sod lol.

Not impressed at all with the wash and the service. This was my first and last time!Opening time is supposed to be 9am on Sundays but had to wait till 9:20 for them to be ready.The ceramic XTR was sub par.Rinse cycle was too quick and there was shampoo left on the car.Not recommended if you paint job is still in great shape.

The staff here are amazing and give great excellent customer and human service. They are also very friendly. They made my car almost look brand new after having my car washed there

Great staff. Excellent work. Thorough and detailed. They take pride in the work and a nice guys. Just had a full valet and my car looks good as new! Will be going there for a regular standard wash and a ceramic wash and wax in the autumn/winter.

Just washed my car, Ceramic XTR, what a waste of money and time, as you can see in the picture, my rear bumper looks the same, very dirty. Never again in this location. I've had excellent experience on other IMO locations!

Prices increased to £5After reading previous reviews where multiple folks have experienced disappointment with not getting value for money service, I decided to try the lowest priced service at £4. My car was not too dirty but had a layer of dust and bird dropping on the windshield. The manual pre wash was very basic touching and no scrubbing, which won't clean hard stains or even dried bird droppings. The automated car wash was good for the price paid, and the car came out clean mostly. However, be prepared to clean hard stains and the door inside edges yourself as that area is not covered either in manual or automated wash.Overall if the expectations are low this is a good place for a quick wash. I went on a Saturday and there was no long queue. The wash process itself takes 5 mins or so.
