Had my carpet fitted today, absolutely fantastic job. Great customer service and above all best quality carpet provided. The fitter did an amazing Job.and even once the job was done the owner called me to ensure I am happy with the fitting. So I would defo recommend.

Excellent customer service, before, during and after our carpets were fitted. Friendly people, brilliant job of carpeting our stairs and three bedrooms. Not an easy task to say the least! The price was more than reasonable. Highly recommended

Excellent service! Had my carpets fitted about a year ago, still new now! But the builders didn’t secure the flooring so had many creaks, anyway had to take the carpet up so the joiner could fix it, rang Elite and they found me a slot straight away came the next day and re fitted the carpet, used new carpet grips etc and done a fantastic job! Really appreciate sorting me out so quickly after the rubbish time I had with the joiners ! Will definitely recommend and be using again when I need to.

This is the second time I have bought flooring from Elite Flooring Co.Two lovely lads turned up on time, less than two hours to fit a double bedroom, stairs and landing. Beautifully done. Fast efficient, good product, value for money, definitely my first port of call.

Absolutely amazing service. The lads here are top notch and sure seem to know their stuff. Ordered carpet here which was much cheaper than the competition and they fitted it within 3 days. Great service cannot be recommended enough.

Elite Flooring has proved to be excellent in all respects.Polite and efficient from the initial phone call to completion of carpet fitting. The Owner and the fitter are very skillful, eye for detail and cleans up after work completed. The carpets have really uplifted the feel of our home, will be using again in the new year to do our bedrooms.He is a credit to the company and a credit to the industry. Would recommend to all my friends and family :)

Had vinyl fitted by this company, they did an absolutely awful and very unprofessional job. I kindly asked them to watch the walls and skirting boards as I had them painted. They closed the door during the process so I couldn’t watch. Once they were done I saw the skirting boards all scratched, the walls had black marks in multiple spots and they had sprayed the vinyl adhesive on my wallsThe vinyl was lifted from the edges so I raised slightly and found little cut out pieces glued to the boards to hide the edges where they had cut of to much vinyl making it short.The corners were also cut to short which cannot be hidden with silicone.Owner was very aggressive and not willing to take his vinyl back and refund my deposit. I had to try and fix this myself and tuck as much as I could under the skirting boards however most areas where cut to small leaving noticeable gaps beneath skirting boards which could not be rectified even by the fitters.I have attached pictures in the beige vinyl to show you all the imperfections.There was no uneven surface what so ever. House is a new build. I would not let these people step foot in my home after the damages they caused to my walls and the vinyl I had paid for that has been poorly fitted and also damaged by the fitters.

Can not recommend this place enough. Best in town. The service was on point they came and took all the measurements at a time that suited myself and talked me through a variety of different carpets and flooring options. The quality of the carpet was amazing and the fitting was perfect. The staff are very friendly and the fitter was very professional. Very reasonably priced and the owner came by to do an expectation to make sure everything was up to standard. They made the process very easy from start to finish. Will definitely be coming back and getting our bedrooms done.
