We are currently buying a property through Douglas Allen. The team has been very helpful throughout. Terry especially has been very helpful providing us with updates when needed and is just a phone call away. He was the agent who showed us around the property. He is very personable and realistic which made us feel at ease through the stressful experience.Natasha is very helpful, she is keeping us up to date with the progress of the house and is helping us through the journey. She is quick to reply to any questions and queries that we have. All in all very impressed with the team.

Sold a property via Probate.Douglas Allen team were very good and found a buyer very quickly.Due to ongoing probate issues there was a delay of several months. In middle of buying with Douglas and AllenWickford.From start with a very helpful Terry who has kept me informed as each process I have to deal with.Also met and all questions answered at viewing by Phoebe.Also occasions Terry wasn't available the sales team seamlessly picked up the reigns and dealt with any issues.You may not need it but in position was also guided through the wonderful world of mortgages by Andrew Seymour.Natasha also keeping you informed step by step is a great help.At present position of process would highly recommend using the team.Won't give them 5 stars as still need to keep them on their toes....

This is the second time I have used Douglas Allen in moving property and I would not hesitate to recommend them for making things as smooth as possible during what can be a very stressful time! I have always felt a valued customer and the support and help they have always shown me makes me happy I chose to use them in both moves!
