Went today with 3 watches . Timpsons said one couldn’t be repaired. It was repaired in 15 minutes here. The service was wonderful. Three watches back working within the hour . Cost was reasonable. Service was second to none .Highly recommended.

Shame, I really wanted to like this place. Staff seemed super kind and willing but why say you can do something when you can’t keep your word, wanted something for a gift, they were kind enough to say then can get it in one week! Sounded great until that became a “maybe a couple more days” to “maybe after Christmas” be more straight forward and realistic, you know your own business, when it’s peak time and when not, if you can’t get what a customer has asked for, just tell them, I would of been happy to pay in advance and have it delivered, but that option was never suggested though.

Excellent customer service from the owners and some lovely jewellery. If you don't see what you want in the window, go in and ask. Very nice and helpful people.
