A stunning building that has been refurbished to a high standard – the restoration of traditional art deco features in this iconic building is great to see. The W_RKSPACE offices are ideal for our business location and the facilities team are second to none.

I work in this building and it is really nicely decorated on the inside.The service from all the staff is great. Anna on Reception is lovely and will do anything for us; she is an asset to Wrkspace.

We have been located at Old Docks House coming up to a year now, Christian made the move so easy and smooth for us, the best thing we did was relocate to here. The building is stunning and our office space is great. In addition to this, Anna couldn’t be any more helpful and friendly with any of our requests. She’s always so bubbly and nothing is too much trouble!

Lovely building with very modern offices and facilities. Old Docks House is a really nice and professional place to work with a friendly, approachable and very responsive building management team who can't do enough for you. Anna, in particular, goes above and beyond for us and is so lovely Would very much recommend for office space.

Really nice building with very modern offices and facilities, a lovely and professional place to work with a friendly, approachable and very responsive building management team who can't do enough for you, especially Anna. Anna goes above and beyond and is so friendly and welcoming. Would very much recommend for office space.

The Wrkspace team have done a fantastic job of returning this iconic Preston building back to its former glory. Art Deco features, parquet flooring, original brass and marble fittings all come together with modern office facilities and workspaces in a building that has an imposing and impressive character. It certainly feels right for 3manfactory.

Fantastic serviced offices. The whole building has been fantastically refurbished and gives a really good impression to all of our clients.Lynn, the Centre Manager is particularly accommodating. Very welcoming and friendly. We often get lovely comments from our clients, about her.Razin and Christian are always on hand to sort any problems we have and were able to provide a bespoke office for us in a short space of time.Cant recommend highly enough, thank you guys!
