In Q4 of 2015 our growing SME business needed updated computers, software and improved systems. At this point in time we did not have a dedicated IT service facility but became aware of the possible benefits of engaging with an established professional IT service provider. We requested referrals from associates and were recommended to approach Affinity IT Services for advice. We talked to Affinity and explained what we needed and they made constructive suggestions which included a useful mix of upgrades and new equipment all of which we accepted. The end result has been excellent and we now benefit from updated equipment and software and, importantly, a first class support facility only phone call away. Subsequent service support beyond the call of duty when our cloud storage provider ceased to trade was outstanding and we are happy to recommend Affinity IT Services to any person firm or company needing a first class IT support facility.

We have been using Affinity IT now for around 4 months and they have been brilliant, Elliott, Jake and James are on hand to help with any questions or requests I have, they are so patient and sort out any issues I have. I have also attended a great workshop with them going over Office 365 since we moved over to office 365 and I wasn't up to date with all it could offer. Affinity recently completed a complete overhaul including provision of hardware.Once the spec and quantities were decided for the hardware the changeover was planned in and all works were carried out efficiently with minimal downtime for us.As to be expected, but of no fault of Affinity, we had some quirks with the hardware and user profiles etc but Affinity’s response and timely resolution of the issues is to be commended.Elliot and Nick personally are very amiable and approachable and we would highly recommend Affinity for your next IT project.
