Harry was amazing we needed a Structural Survey report for our farm buildings for a new tenant. Harry and I had a few phone calls and established that some of the buildings maybe in need of repair or to be rebuilt. On the day we agreed to meet he not only attended himself, but also organised 3 other contractors to attend so that we could talk about construction alternatives and get quotes all in one day - a great use of our time.

I have used Bower Surveyors a number of times on a refurbishment project in Cardiff and their service has been as expected spot on. The reports issued are a very accurate reflection of the areas being surveyed and both myself and the client have been happy with the clear and concise reports issued.I will be using them in the future.

We employed Harry’s services as a sub-consultant project manager for the refurbishment of a hotel in Cornwall. We were engaged at a very late stage and, as such, it was a difficult procurement process with extremely tight completion dates, as the hotel had bookings the day after the scheduled completion date. We were extremely impressed with how Harry managed this process and dealt with the project complexities under considerable pressure. This was a key project for Lantic which Harry delivered and we had great feedback from our client. We look forward to using Harry and Bower Surveyors on future projects.
