Complete Cooling systems installed Aircon units in our house. They were very professional and responsive. On the day of installation, they arrived on time, installation was completed quickly and they left everything fairly clean and tidy. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Complete Cooling Systems have the service contract at our school and have always proved to be helpful and efficient, helping to resolve issues over the phone if possible enabling us to avoid call outs. July 2022:Alan and Carly (who I believe are the co-owners of CCS) have again demonstrated that that they really do care about customer satisfaction. We had reason to be less than happy with the outcome of this year's service visit but these guys took an immediate interest in resolving what had gone wrong and sorting it out within 2 working days...at a time when the demand for their services was probably quite high given the current heatwave. We have no hestitation in continuing to recommend CCS. They are a great team and run a great company.December 2020:We're delighted with their installation / replacement of our old air conditioning system and also to have finally found a decent air conditioning company / people with whom to deal. We'd been without a properly working a/c unit for sometime and after our dreadful experience with 3 other companies, two of which were Daikin DI business partners, we were on the point of giving up and making do with an old oil radiator / £12 fan depending on the outside temperature - until we spoke to these guys. Finding decent people / companies is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Complete Cooling Systems care about customer satisfaction and are able to do the two things which most companies / people are unable to do - say what they're going to do and do it...without drama, shoddy workmanship or making it up as they go along in the hope of fleecing the customer.
