Recuperate Therapy

I was recommended to Will by a friend plus I have known Will for many years and know he's a very professional trustworthy person.I 1st saw Will for an ankle injury I suffered doing a 5km race, then a year or so after for a knee injury picked up triathlon training. Will treated the injury and gave me exercises to help strengthen the area to prevent further injury on both occassions. Always explaining what he was doing and why throughout.I now see Will on a regular basis for maintenance work. Through this any niggles are picked up and sorted before they can become an injury, again with any exercises or stretches fully demonstrated that may be necessary.

I first saw Will a couple of years ago, having suffered with lower back pain for some time. Will diagnosed the issue during the initial assessment and advised me to regularly perform a series of exercises which have helped enormously, as I haven't suffered since. I have continued to periodically visit Will for deep tissue massage as I am a regular runner (About 40 miles per week) who's in their fifties, so the odd niggle is to be expected. Over the year's Will has even been good enough to provide advice and guidance when I have been unable to make an appointment.

Great service from start to finish - Will diagnosed my knee issue in the first consultation. He provided flexible treatment to suit my needs and rectify the issue effectively and followed up post treatment to make sure all was still good. Would recommend and visit again if required.

He set excercises to follow up and two sessions in, I can really feel the benefit of his work. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended by a friend to try Will Cooper at Recuperate Therapy to treat a very bad back problem and knee pain that had me on strong pain killers and patches. Treatment has been successful to the extent that I have been able to start up sport again in my 60s obviously within my capabilities. The service is professional and tailored to need and Will explains what he is doing concerning treatment. I still attend periodically to check all is well as part of a preventive regime. Recommended.

Will is fantastic! I had been struggling with a shoulder injury I picked up in the gym for a few months and cricket season was fast approaching. I went to see Will as it wasn’t getting better by itself and after a session or 2 I had regained a lot of mobility and the pain was easing. After a couple more sessions, some well explained and excellent exercises he gave me to do at home I was ready for the cricket season and pain free. I just wish I went to see him sooner! I couldn’t recommend Will highly enough. Absolute legend!

Suffered with lower back pain after a fall but after treatment from Will completely disappeared, also recently had a bad fall onto my leg and couldn’t walk but yet again Will Cooper has got me walking again. I would not use anyone else and would recommend him to anyone, excellent service
