Maintenance Guy

This is the second time we've ask Kelvin to help us. We had several tasks needing his attention and Kelvin efficiency tacked them all. He is knowledgeable and a quiet and tidy workman who is a pleasure to have in the property - he is highly recommended.

I moved into a dilapidated bungalow in a state of advanced disrepair in July 2022. Kelvin sorted everything out with great competence. Since then I have called him out on countless occasions for anything, big or small (redecoration, hanging curtain rails, fixing a wall in the garden etc.). He has a very positive attitude to any job, however daunting, and gets it done in record time at a very reasonable price. I have even entrusted him with a set of house keys, so that he can do a job while I am at work. He also gives excellent advice on issues such as preventing damp etc. I feel I would be lost without him. A totally reliable, agreeable and efficient 'maintenance guy' like Kelvin is worth rubies.
