My wife Simply asked for a watch battery to be changed, the person behind the counter was very rude and said “this watch is in a right state - no wonder you have come here” my wife was on her own at the time but felt very insulted by this person’s attitude in the way he talked down to her. It’s a good job I wasn’t with her - he would have had a dressing down from me - supercilious person, who does he think he is? Don’t recommend, and certainly wouldn’t give him any custom.

Absolutely amazing repair and service of a 25 year old watch. When I went to collect it, had the battery changed in another one while I waited. Many thanks, and Merry Christmas
