I experienced a brilliant customer service, staff are welcoming and friendly at all times.Pam is brilliant at mendhi and all the other services she offers, like eye lashes, hair and beauty etc.

Facial - I had the most amazing facial from Pam and eyebrows threaded by taj. I felt so good. Even another client commented when I came out how I looked glowing. The facial was amazing I felt my face need a good clean and massage and I felt I could breathe better as it helped me feeling congested. They made me feel so welcome. They are so accommodating here. If you want a really good facial treatment and massage I recommend this place it was just a simple massage nothing like the posh ones such hydra facial but I can honestly say this gave me a better result for 3/4 of the price. Il be going back with my mum as I feel ontop if the world. My face was glowing today when I woke up. Thank you

I would never recommend anyone to go there. I had my nails then and they broke the very next day. The gel polish also came off. VERY BAD!! They don’t listen, I asked for ballerina shaped nails and she did the square, 2 nails were round and the glitter fade effect wasn’t done properly. All her nail polishes were dry. DONT EVER COME TO THIS SHOP!

My two most recent visits to dermal have been poor. Today when waxing my brows the lady doing them left the room for a while, leaving hot wax dripping down into my eye. Upon her return she did not even apologise. When I told her I was unhappy about this she pulled a face at me and said “so what?”. The time before this, the lady kept stopping my treatment to talk with her other colleague. After two bad experiences I will not be returning, even though I had previously been coming here for years. The staff here are very rude and do not seem to care about customer service as much as they should.

Not sure how to describe this. Visited this place first time to get eyebrows done. The waiting period was 45mins and more(appreciate that they are busy and have only two staff)and when my turn came, I was asked if I can wait for sometime more as the person who came after me was to be attended before me( which was not correct and ethical). When I refused to wait for any longer, the beautiful did not seem to be happy. Then another lady offered to do the service. Who was polite and welcoming as compared to the first beautician. I understand of customers are not welcomed and treated well, that affects the business and is not considered to be good value addition. Thank you.

I have been using this salon for a while now to get my eyebrows threaded but after today I won't be returning. The salon opened promptly at 9.30 but i got there 20mins early and I was fine to wait. Another lady turned up 10mins after me and was waiting also for the salon to open. We both turned up without making appointments. Sonia turned up at 9.28 am and opened up. She barely said anything to me. What happened to hello, good morning? She just started talking to the other lady in their language. She also called the other lady to get seen to first, even though i was first in line. This has happened before but thankfully this lady was nice enough to let Sonia know that I should be seen to first! Sonia pulled a face which made me feel uncomfortable. She rushed my brows and gave me a very DIRTY look when I exited the salon. I have no idea why she treated me this way. I have never had any issues with her in the past. She held a discussion with the other lady in their language while doing my brows! How rude! I won't be going back. I don't like when people make me feel less important than someone else. Customer service is key to a successful business. Today you lost a valuable customer and I will be taking my sister, mom and friends away from this salon also. We deserve better.
