Chimichangas are delicious as are the fajitas and nachos. Steak wasn't all that and starter was brought out with mains.

I've eaten here a few times and it seems to be like a game of Russian roulette on how good the food is going to be.The first time I went, the food was great so I came back another time with someone else and the food was just kind of not right. I don't really know how to explain what was wrong with it but things just didn't really taste right, like the churros tasted like chips. On the other hand, the serving staff are friendly and it's a fun place to go.

Had a really nice dinner tonight, a large rib steak, chips n salad with chimichurri dressing, the dressing was delicious , I did get a pic but nearly forgot as I just wanted to carry on eating, I had the nacho starter chicken & chorizo which was large for a starter and shared some churros for desert... no pic im afraid... it went in seconds. The only downfall was my friends starter of fried halloumi, it was over cooked, well burnt so they took it off the bill as not nice at all, wraps looked good and large portions too, all round a lovely meal. My friend had a discount card so for six of us with a couple of drinks each the total bill was £165. After discount 118 so £20 each ...bargain !!

Visited this restaurant on the 3rd with my best friends , we all order a starter which was quite nice , our mains arrived and I must say I was very disappointed ! I had chicken enchiladas , there were 2 on my plate rolled quite small and there was no garnish to make the dish look more interesting , a couple of my friends had the chicken burger which came with chips which were few and far between ! Most of us ordered the Chiquito Mess for desert which the description said would come in a cinnamon tortilla bowl , well it tasted of nothing . Service okish but would not visit again .

Good food but nothing special, portion size is big but no complaints! Gluten free options were good enough and they had a separate gluten free menu. The mocktails are nice. The ambience isn't great during the day. But the service was good.

We come here pretty often for breakie as a family. The breakfast itself was good. The coffee (well we both had Lattes) was okay, not great. The one thing that was a bit amiss was we were completely left after we had finished our food, couldn't see anyone about. So much so my hubby had to download the app just to pay, which to me seemed odd. Staff when we saw them were nice and friendly. I would definitely still go back but hope to see more staff.

Slow service. Very expensive sparse food. luke warm food. Ordered five bean (veggie), got served chicken!!! They seemed quite surprised I didn't want chicken and acted like they were doing me a favour taking the cost of the chicken off the bill.

We visited for the first time ever on a Monday and didnt realise it was Fajitas for £5.Well to say they were great would be an understatement. The whole group loved them and possibly could win the award for fastest consumed. The waitresses well welcoming and entertained us thoroughly - appologies for our poor taste in humor! We will certainly be returning.

Sadly Chiquito's has to be one of the worse places I have eaten. I must first point out that this has nothing to do with staff i.e. those who serve. However, we must look at several issues that need to be addressed.First, the kitchen. One could argue that the kitchen had a bad evening. However! While waiting, I witnessed on two other occasions, food being sent back! Food was cold!!!I complained about the skin on fries...I warn you now, these are McCain skin on fries....we got the bit-ends from the bottom of the packet. The portions are very small, please see photo. What you are seeing, is a main chicken fajita meal. If you place three strips within one wrap, you'll only make two wraps the rest of the dish is made up of onions and peppers.....that's it.....totally unacceptable for the price of £13:99.Please also note, we had to wait for wraps and salsa, as the meal was served before we got anything else!!.....if it wasn't for our waitress who noticed this, who knows how long we would have waited???Having complained to the manager, he took off the McCains fries...like I said, cold and slightly under cooked!!If you look at the photo, you can see the chicken is flat grilled, you need at least two for the price you pay....the wraps are no bigger than a saucer minus its cup!FYI if you order the garlic prawn fajitias, you get seven (7) prawns...that's it!!The salsa, sour cream etc are nothing special and tasted just as good from Asda.I'm not reviewing in spite. I believe in fairness, and not bring ripped off. It's been a long while since I've left a restaurant unhappy. I will not be returning to Chiquitos unless someone else is paying, or the meal is free.....I'm sure this isn't the first review that points out the failier of Chiquitos, and wont be the last!!!
