This company needs closing down, from the management to most of the carer's, don't know the meaning of the word care, neglect is a understatement. Currently in touch with CQC and Bolton Council. Don't let this company look after your loved one's it's a absolute joke.

I have been working for this organisation for 2 years and i am satisfied with the level of support provided. Office staff and care staff are very friendly and and of a caring nature. Any issues or concerns raised are dealt within a satisfactory period.

Lovely gentleman came to my ex partners to look after him social worker didn't give him much time 30 minutes but very caring.
