Bought an iphone 5s on 12 may 2018 for my sons 16th, turned out to be a terrible mistake.Was a faulty phone and the touch screen was at fault after countless promises over a 5 month period and numerous visits we stopped due to his increasingly aggressive behaviour.His aggrrssive behaviour became so bad that we were too afraid to return to the shop and we felt very let down. Was reported to trading standards and will continue to let others know of our experience.If you are fortunate to get a good working phone first time im sure you will be fine, as soon as you have an issue he is quick to becomes aggressive and will not take responsibility for the problem so we are £75. out of pocket.My view is if you can use ebay as there are better safeguards for this type of purchase, if you buy a phone from myphoneworld its a cash only sale and he will not honour his verbal agreements.Would not use again or recommend to anyone.This review has been re posted.

Absolutely disgusting this shop aswell as a business i bought a samsung S4 from there and the sound doesnt work and he said it does work however having it back in the shop in his hands for half hour then he realised he was wrong lmao. Wondered why it was only 30 pound he said its only for us haha yeah okay! I wouldnt recomend going there at all for any deviice and any help and in the result of all this of me questioning him i get threatened WOW what a guy be careful everyone proper dodgy guy. I feel like i have been robbed to be honest because i have a reciept that is apparently a refund haha okay watch this will probs bounce back, i guess he needs it more than me.
