Very happy with Level 3 Building Survey ('full structural') done for us last month by Allcott Associates. A good, fully detailed Survey provided. We wanted to go over some finer detail on a few points, and Tim put us in touch with the surveyor who handled the survey for direct dialogue. I had two follow-on discussions probably totalling 30 minutes or more and they didn't charge an extra penny (even though I'd offered to pay their additional time). Sound, candid advice. Will be our first choice next time.

Easy and hastle free experience with a great service from start to finish. Survey report was comprehensive and easy to understand. The pictures in the report were helpful in identifying the issues being discussed and the estimated cost of repairs was helpful information to receive. I would recommend this company and I would definately use again.

I was very impressed with Allcott Associates when they carried out a survey for us. It was just before Christmas and despite clearly being busy, the surveyor made time to call me straightaway to talk through the survey and got the full written survey to us before Christmas. The survey itself was very detailed and clear. I would recommend them.

Superb from start to finish! Fast to quote and very competitive on price. Tim advised on the most appropriate survey for the house we were seeking to purchase, making all arrangements direct with the vendor/agent. The survey was conducted on the date promised and the report followed quickly after, which was detailed and easy to understand. The few questions I had were addressed within hours of asking. The surveyor's report was excellent. It was very detailed and explained what the problems were with a number of photos to expand on that issues. The flat had subsidence in two different places, so we did not go ahead with the sale. However, we were extremely pleased with the report and would use Allcott Associates again.

Happy with the structural survey received. They offered goid value for money. Might want to look into a better booking system and better communication. Having that said, they always answer the phone and give updates without any issues.
