We had the absolute pleasure of Dan and his team construct a full rear loft dormer for our property and we cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish they displayed a high level of expertise, professionalism and service that exceeded our expectations. Dan & his team always arrived promptly, not once did they ever call to say they could not make it, the site was kept so tidy everyday it was run like a well oiled machine. Dan is a master of his craft and everything was about our happiness throughout the build. The loft has changed our lives thanks to Dan and his workmanship.

I can highly recommend Dan and his team. The loft conversion that they did for us entailed completely changing the way the roof was held up and it was a large surface area. The work was done to a high quality and on time. In addition the customer service was excellent and they were neat and tidy. Excellent all round!

We decided to have D. Derrick Carpentry carry out the work in our loft as he offered exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price. We appreciated his recommendations and implemented them into our project. We liked the idea that his work is all recommends too. The work took 3 days to complete.Daniel arrived on time everyday. He worked constantly while he was here. At the end of each day, he would clean and tidy the areas he had worked in and take any rubbish away. For the duration he was working for us he was always friendly and polite. We had concerns of possibly disturbing our neighbours, but rest assured Daniel worked his schedule so not to cause too much disruption. When he was moving around the house he always wore a mask to maintain covid regulations.His workmanship is faultless. You can clearly see that he takes great pride in his work. All the materials were excellent quality and he was fully equipped with the professional tools required.The finished project was exactly what we wanted, Daniel has made our sorry state of a loft into a new accessible storage area. We would recommend D. Derrick Carpentry to all our friends and family without hesitation.

We used Danny for our loft extension converting our loft space into a bedroom with a staircase. Danny and team were very professional from start to finish. The project took 6 weeks to complete as agreed and set out from the start. Danny discussed all options before starting the work and discussed what would work best for the space. All work was finished to a very high standard and his team was very clean and punctual. We are delighted with the finished room and what it has done to our house. A great use of space.

Dan Derrick Carpentry recently completed a full loft conversion at my premises in Bath, (4 bedroom detached house).As the house has a modern A Frame roof construction, I was keen to use the Telebeam system for loft conversions.As well as other loft conversion systems, Dan was very familiar with the Telebeam system.He runs a medium sized company and as well as being an excellent project manager, he is a hands on skilled carpenter. His core team are all skilled in carpentry and roofing and took ownership of the project from start to finish. They clearly took pride in the work that they were doing. This included a bespoke open tread oak staircase, 5 velux windows and a bespoke gable end window.As well as his core team, Dan introduced various trades as needed, ie, Plasterers, Plumbers and Electricians.The project went without a hitch and was on time and on budget.I would certainly recommend Dan Derrick Carpentry to anyone considering a loft conversion.

Our third and largest project with Dan and his team. This time a new build kitchen extension, porch and annexe refurbishment following demolition of a former structure. We are so used to his friendly, punctual and tidy approach that we begin to take his exacting standards for granted. As ever, Amazing attention to detail. Highly recommend.
