I ordered a roller banner from BrunelOne and was very impressed with the whole purchasing process. I was unsure about the quality of the images I was using and called the office. They called me back after I had placed my order to say everything looked good on their end, which put my mind at ease. The banner arrived 3 working days after placing the order and I have to say I am very pleased with the result. The product is good quality and the print is perfect.I will definitely be returning for all my printing needs. These people are awesome! I had a small order and I messed up the artwork dpi etc and they were helpful, on the ball, communicative and friendly and still got my order done very quickly in the timescale I needed. They are located in a very hidden and slightly terrifying spot but there was easy space to park and turn. The only odd thing was it took me a while to work out what to do in reception. Surreal comedy signs on doors (not intended so!) Don't despair.. just pick up the reception phone!

Really quick turnaround. Went the extra mile to help me with my poster design. Very high quality posters that in turn help make my company look professional. Excellent value for money. Local. A great service!

This is the second time I have used Brunel One, and again I am really chuffed with their product and their service. The team are on the ball, the product was spot on and the delivery arrived within the time slot they stated. I could not have asked for better service. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I will certainly be using them again in the near future.

Such a shame they use to be a great local printer then they updated their website which confused the simple order process of old, their customer service is poor nowadays and appears to be getting worse... try printed.com they are so many better, cheaper and faster printers out there to choose from. If you do use them ask about whether something needs VAT prior to ordering and be prepared for chasing via email before collecting from an awkward to park area with staff that are emotionless. To be fair print quality is good it's just too many hoops and chasing for us.

Excellent service. Received my customer reward cards this morning, really happy with them. The cards were really easy to design using their design online feature. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

This was the best printing experience in my life. I needed this done the same day, and not only they printed my business cards the same day, but the resolution and the quality of the paper is much better than my previous cards (for another business) done in London. I've used Brunel One several times for my business and they have always delivered on time and the work is always high quality. They are also helpful too and managed to squeeze me in when I needed a last minute job carried out.
