These guys were excellent. From the moment we made contact with them they stood out from any of their competitors due to their responsive communication, attention to detail, and clear care for us, their customers. Within the week of reaching out to them, we’d had emails, a phone call, a personal visit to view our property and the work we wanted done, a quote, and we had set the date for them to come and do the work. When they showed up to do the work, they kept to their timescale, their team was friendly, communicative and caring, and we felt at all times that they went above and beyond to keep us in the loop, to do the job well, and to clear up after themselves to a high standard. Helped to rescue our cat who had been stuck up a tree for almost 10 hours. Were with us within an hour of calling despite it being the end of the working day. Climbed up the very large tree with no issues and safely got a very cold wet Sylvester in a bag and brought him back down. Absolute superstars and wouldn’t even accept any payment. Cannot thank them enough :-)

Great job done by David, Kyle and Marcus. They reduced in height 50m of our beech hedge and pollarded all the trees. They guys were all really pleasant, polite and knowledgeable and worked hard through the job to complete it in just two days. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree or hedge work done in their garden or elsewhere

Think I have contacted every tree surgeon in Edinburgh and I decided to go with them due to their professional approach and communication. Nothing was too much trouble for David and John. These guys did a massive job for me last week and they were absolutely brilliant! Their staff are so polite and helpful even during torrential rain they still had smiles on their faces. Best tradesmen I have ever had to my house. Totally recommend them, thank you.

An absolutely cracking job done by Blaikie Tree Services on four conifers gone mad. David was very helpful throughout, extremely professional, and despite being unable to afford at the time of quote, was happy to stand by the price when we could get it done.The transformation is huge, suddenly the house feels more light, even warmer now, and the front garden will get the attention it deserves and already looks 100% better.Would highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Blaikie Tree Services on the basis of their work for us. They immediately struck us as the most professional and best value of the companies we asked to quote, giving us good advice based on what we needed. They then worked solidly and tirelessly through what was frankly a horrible job, the removal of a very large leylandii hedge, non-stop, ensuring they had time for a thorough clean up. Really nice guys who gave us a massive area of our garden back!

Excellent service, totally professional, good communication and knowledge of ecological factors, very efficient and friendly. Took on a huge difficult job and made it look easy. Completed it on time with minimal disruption and plenty care to preserve what needed preserved. Would recommend to anyone, cheers guys.

Fantastic timely and positive communication with the whole team. David came out to look at a problem we’re having with a set of cherry laurels, he was on time, courteous and very helpful. Gave great advice and made recommendations on what to do for ourselves to save costs. A thoroughly nice guy and a great service - totally recommended.

My cat was stuck in a tree about 30 foot high, couldn't get down and it was raining. SPCA suggested we call in a tree surgeon, shortly after calling Blaikie Tree Services they arrived. Was absolutely no problem to rescue my cat. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you.
