Had an initial meeting to discuss plans we had. After several phone calls and emails being ignored I gave up and took my business elsewhere.In reponse to the reply;I do not feel 'so let down' that you didn't charge for a consultation or that you were unwilling to take on the job.I am let down that you;1. Said you would forward documents regarding the planning application process, which you didn't.2. Ignored my attempts to get in touch with you, wasting my time, instead of you being honest and saying you weren't interested in the job for whatever reason.3. Clearly only replyed now because I gave a negative review which effects you.

Your low rate on one project is just a blip. As a town planning consultant active in the area - have worked with Martin at Highplans for over 10 years and found his work to a very high standard. He has moved with the technology and his 3D graphics and 'fly throughs' are brilliant for visualising the future.I have no problem recommending HighPlans for any Inverness development projects. Martin is a real gentleman and will go the extra mile to visit, speak with you and add value to any project. Its a shame the negative review he has on this site seems to be a one off blip!
