I have been coming here since January this year. All the staff are really friendly and my nails always look great and ALSO last! Would definitely recommend. Salon is also very clean and is beautifully decorated!

Have been coming to nail lounge for a while now for acrylics and for biab. Recently started my biab journey in November. Really lovely salon and all staff are polite. Have no issues with quality of nails. They do a loyalty card which after so many stamps you get 15% off which is handy if you come regularly. Only reason to give it 4/5 stars is it can become quite expensive depending on what style/design you would like but other than that no complaints.

It's always such an amazing experience getting my nails done. I often get nervous before appointments but everyone in the salon makes me feel so comfortable and always accommodate my requests to make sure I leave happy. Absolutely nowhere else I would rather go and no one I would rather trust to do such an outstanding job on my nails!

I’ve been going to Nail Lounge every 3/4 weeks for over a year now and have never been anywhere else. Started off with acrylics before beginning Biab and I love it. Tan and the team are always so happy to try whatever idea I come in with and I always love my nails ☺️ x

Overall the nails are fine. But I was rushed and I was never asked if I liked the nails before I paid. I have unpropely filed nails and when she was filing them she was so rough that my skin started to bleed. She never really looked at the photo that I wanted therefore the design is different. She never spoke to me through the whole service and I felt uncomfortable sometimes when she was grabbing my hand.I don’t get nails done often so I’m not the best at relaxing my hand but she was being so rough. The customer service skills are not so good

Lovely service and the best full set I have had around Birmingham! The attention to detail was superb. The only reason why I won’t be giving five stars is because I believe I may have been overcharged as I have never been here before - I will be back - All on the posters and online it says £30 for a full set, I was charged £40 for french tips. I even worked it out if it was the nail art which states 0.50p per nail it would be £35. Just a thought but was happy to pay for it! Thanks again guys. Will be booking in soon! :)

Absolutely outstanding service, always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. I’ve never had to wait for a nail tech to be available, the time management is impeccable, their organisation skills are on point! I’ve been happy with every set of BIAB nails I’ve had from there and I get them done religiously every 2-3 weeks.If you’re looking for a pedi, Winston is your man, he’s absolutely incredible!So glad I found this place!

I booked an appointment though google. My first time visiting and I'm very happy from start to finish I showed them what I wanted and they did better then the picture I showed them. They asked me before and after each step to see if it was what I wanted I'm in love with the finish and will be returning

Had my nails done last week and they are perfect I will be coming back the gentleman took his time and very talented and asked me if I liked them every step of the way the form the shape is just perfect and I was fitted in quickly as they had a appointment that was cancelled A* totally recommend the nail lounge :)
