I am STILL chasing a refund following a series of problems on your part, with delayed dispatch without any update, saying things will be dispatched and then not sending them at all, eventually sending the wrong products after weeks of my chasing, and I have returned the item for refund and STILL not been refunded. I ordered 33 days ago now and it baffles me that you cannot get this sorted, it is truly appalling service. I ordered on the 27th July, received nothing until the 9th August, was instructed to return the item on the 10th, I was then injured so returned the wrong sized item on the 18th, which you received on the 19th. It has now been 11 days since you received the product back, and my emails and phone calls are going ignored, and no refund has been issued.

Payed for shins in may 2016 not recieved shins or £85 ....do not buy from this site unless youve got money to waste,do not let them fool you into getting a refund !!!!!! Monday morning im ringing trading standards dont bother replying to this review because refunds dont take 2 months !!!!!

Ordered some gloves for my boyfriends birthday and emailed asking them to send asap because it was a birthday present i got it the next day and they even put a card with birthday wishes in the parcel

So I ordered some shorts from here. After a week nothing had even been dispatched let alone arrived so I emailed enquiring what was going on. All I got back was hopefully I'm the next few days" this didn't fill me with confidence. Now after 2 weeks the website still says my order hasn't been dispatched. I'm now waiting for a refund ."

Sadly have to echo the same as other reviews. I ordered a pair of shorts and after waiting for them to be delivered for a week and a half I was told they were out of stock. While annoying I wouldn't have minded but I was told i would be refunded. Gary then stopped responding to any communications. After waiting another two weeks I had to open a Pay Pal dispute to get my refund. Had I not paid with Pay Pal I'm not sure whether I would have ever got a refund. After the way my order was handled I will not purchase anything from them in the future and I would not advise people to shop elsewhere.

gave up waiting for gloves that never showed. wanted to exchange for something else but no response. initial communication, but now nothing. if you order from MMA Hub you'll probably loose your money.

Awful,, Got good initial communication about a problem with my order, They said it would be dispatched the next day, 2 weeks have passed and nothin has happened they are also not replying to my emails. Paid by card so having to request a refund through my bank DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

First rate customer service, excellent delivery time and the product was exactly has described and incredible value for money. Clearly they have great knowledge and passion for the industry. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for MMA products and any advice on any products they are very helpful. First Rate!!

Very similar experience to other disgruntled reviewers on here. Ordered two gi's which were shown as 'in stock' on their website in September. Two weeks later I was still waiting for the order and so contacted the seller via e-mail. Initially I got a response from Emma Bainbridge (who coincidentally seems to be the only person who actually likes shopping here!) saying one of the gi's was out of stock and they can send me another one in its place. I asked for a refund which I am still waiting to receive 4 weeks later...
