What fabulous customer experience from start to finish!I spoke to Glen on the phone to confirm the suitability of some spacers for my 1981 Mercedes 500 SEL and he was pleasant and professional. He advised me that if I ordered the spacers before 12pm they would go out the same day - they then arrived a day earlier than expected (next day)Now this is all fairly straightforward so far, but it gets better.I fitted one of the spacers - lovely quality aluminium with steel inserts and bolts for attaching them to the hub; however when I went to move the car to access the other side, the car would not move.I investigated and could see no obvious issue, so I refitted the wheel without the spacer and it was once again mobile.I concluded that the bolts to attach the spacer to the hub were too long and locking the hub.Obviously disappointed, I emailed Glen out of hours to let him know the issue.I checked my emails the next morning and Glen had already responded and informed me that he had already arranged for a set of new shorter bolts to go out by DPD for next day delivery!No ifs, no buts, no issue.The bolts duly arrived the next day and I fitted both spacers without issue. I am delighted with how the car looks now, the wheels on the back of the car always sat in a little too far, I wish I had found this company sooner.My order value was only £50, but the quality of customer service from Glen at WheelPartsDirect Ltd was more in line with my expectations of a far higher order value.I will definitely use the company for any future requirements and can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend them to anyone else to do the same.

Cannot recommend these guys enough!I bought wheel spacers for my truck, they came next day even though I had missed the cut off time! I’m so impressed to their manager’s action, even I had an issue to the delivery and order he managed to solve it immediately, it’s not hard to talk with and ask him that i will pay for the extra bolts but he refuse, he added as free.. Hoping to received the item immediately, my car is still at the garage. Thanks James

great company, nice product, will use again but with parcel force courier and not evri or hermes. still waiting after one month for the same product which I had to re-order.

Absolutely fantastic service. Needed some new wheels bolts and spacers with 4 TPMs sensors for some aftermarket wheels, they were ordered on Friday, programmed and sent out that afternoon and I got them at 10am the next morning! Will definitely be ordering from them again!
