The website is easy to navigate. The form is easy to complete and guidance is given throughout the process. It is good value for money. My credit card was charged twice but when I emailed them they replied quickly and assured me that the refund was on its way. Excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very good software at a reasonable price. They do nickel and dime you for the add-ons such as storage and other documents but still a lot less expensive than using an attorney. We used the UK and US wills and it transfers information between them easily. I recommend this app.

Needed to prepare a will for my elderly mother. Easy process with step by step help on each section. Decided to have the finished will checked by the legal. This was worth the extra cost as it flagged a potential problem that was easily corrected. Certainly cheaper than using a solicitor and very satisfied with the process. I intend to re-do our mirror wills using this service. Would highly recommend.
