Came to Tarbett’s to get some decent sized, properly prepared fillets of salmon as the supermarkets always do a hatchet job. Although a much better portion size, the fillets I was given had not been descaled, so I paid twice as much to get the same outcome as the supermarket fishmonger. The quality is better, of course it is, but descaling a fillet is such a faff! (Photo is scales my partner removed, because I forgot to take a photo of the fillets before)

not fresh fish very expensive. no tax receipt. very old squid threw them away.the little we ate gave us stomach aches. you are liars and scammers.
