Great shop, good staff and one of only a few actual game stores left. Nice to see it still there and hope it remains.

In and out of the store today, I got served very quick.

Last night at around 18:00 I was served by a gentleman with glasses who I wish I had the name of so this review can go straight to him! I thought the name would be on the receipt but it wasn't. The customer service was excellent! He made sure I was getting the best deal regarding swapping my PS4 for their 399.99 PS5 deal, I ended up with the best offer available thanks to him! Overall the experience was brilliant, just super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and really made sure I was getting the best deal! THANK YOU TO THIS MAN!

Not my normal shop, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Wall to wall Games and Digital. Very efficient and very friendly staff. Terrific trade-inon all things Mobile/Tech. Easy access.

Standard game in a Shopping Center. Not what they used to be back in the day but still good for a browse through their preowned stuff and new titles.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and willing to answer a lot of detailed questions. They helped us get the best value for money deal on the ps5 we wanted and helped us massively. Bought our very first ps5. Very happy

Wow a breath of fresh air. Makes a change to have such helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. Unlike the staff in stevenage. I went for a weekend to brighton and popped into game looking for some Pokemon items. I believe his name was David/Dave could be wrong, but he was extremely helpful and so patient with us. He was showing kindness and knowledge, extremely polite and a valued member of the team. Well done GAME… keep this member of staff he’s a true asset to your branch.

Game is how game is lol it has very friendly staff. And I think it's doing a great job at realising it needs to sell more then just games. Unfortunately it's still very expensive. But games are these days.

As I am not a regular costumer at this establishment I cannot give a lengthy and detailed review of the store, however I do feel a need to emphasise the amazing and utterly wonderful customer service the store has offered. I made a small purchase nearing the store’s closing time and our cashier Bea was extremely patient and kind as she was helping us install a Nintendo screen, we were one of the last to leave as the process took longer than expected. Bea’s kindness and hospitality made us feel welcome and not like we were a burden at all, especially since we were the few last ones to leave, she is definitely made for customer service, her kind words assured us that our purchase was worth the price. Definitely will be back!! And thank you Bea, you made our day.
