Outstanding service from start to finish! Caroline was amazing from the moment I walked in I felt so welcome she helped me find my dress within my budget and made my experience so wonderful. From the little sign with my name on as I walked in to a little gift bag with wine and chocolates at the end when I purchased dress. The shop it's self was stunning and a wide range of dresses to choose from too. Outstanding! Would highly recommend!

Caroline is so patient and understanding, I called her randomly about a dress I saw online and she slotted me in the next day to get to try it. I chose my dress elsewhere in the end but I just wanted to write a review to say how stunning her shop is, the choice of dresses is amazing and how wonderful she is. Thank you for a lovely experience ❤️

Caroline is abaolutely amazing and i would recommend her and her shop to every bride to be. Im not 100% comfortable in dresses but Caroline helped me to find the perfect dress and sent me to her seamstress Mel who did a wonderful job on my dress and my bridesmaids. Caroline went the extra mile for me and my family by opening up the shop for us, giving us champaign when we brought the dress, carrying the dresses into the car when we collected them and even helped out with my moms dress which wasnt brought from the shop. Outstanding service Caroline.From myself, my bridesmaids, my mom and my new husband thank you so much for all you did for us. You made our experience an unforgetable one.

What can I say! Caroline was my first bridal experience and it was incredible! She made me feel very comfortable very quickly and put no pressure on me to make decisions. She was amazing and couldn't fault her or her shop. I will forever remember the wonderful experience I had here and it was all down to Caroline's wonderful hosting and experience!

Caroline's shop was one of 3 the day I went and I can honestly say she made me feel most at home. Caroline wasn't looking at pushing any fit or style on me she more interested in me as a person so I could find the perfect gown in which I feel most comfortable in and I did!I said yes to the dress with Caroline and it was such a lovely experience, more like dress shopping with a friend you have known for years.

I was slightly nervous about starting the hunt for my wedding dress. Caroline instantly put me at ease from the moment I walked through the door and helped me to work out the style of dress that I wanted. Caroline is one of the most genuine ladies I came across in my search for a wedding gown. She had all the time in the world for me, and I never ever felt like a sale was more important than how I felt. She has the patience of a saint. After trying on nearly 50 dresses at many different shops, I found the one in Caroline's and I'm so glad, as the experience was wonderful. Caroline was always so helpful and positive when I had to postpone my wedding. She is truly an amazing thoughtful lady. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

From the moment I entered the store I had a warm welcome and Caroline was so helpful and really listened to what designs I had in mind. I tried on multiple dresses in different stores but felt the experience was completely different in Caroline's store. It was stress free, supportive and no pressure to purchase at any stage. Kindly offered advice when I was trying to make a decision. The store had tonnes of beautiful dresses and is lovely and private to try dresses on. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for their dress. Thank you a thousand times over Caroline xxx
