I popped into the Perth Branch late this afternoon. The customer Service from Claudia was fantastic! Very helpful, friendly and polite lady. Thank you so much.

Staff are lovely and helpful with picking and ordering jewellery. Pandora now have some nice new gold pieces too.

Lovely store to go intoSo clean.When we went in, Grace and her colleague greeted us with a smile and said to us, have a look and if there's anything you need just ask.Thought this was great as they weren't pushing for a sale which I don't like, so this made me stay.(We had been to an independent shop in Perth later that day and the ladies were lovely but wouldn't leave us alone from the moment we went in.Felt very pushed to give them a sale which put me right off, didn't feel comfortable in the shop so I left)Wanted to look for something for my mum's birthday coming up but didn't know what.Grace showed me all the lovely new pieces of what she thought would be nice and it was, also helped me with sizing too, and I also bought other items.VERY patientIncredible customer service.Would go back to this shop in a heartbeat.

Perfect place ,as wife's birthday and no hard sales . So Mrs left very happy with her birthday present.
