My partner and I recently purchased a home from Chalk Street and upon the offer being accepted and being marked as STC we were shortly contacted by their Head of Sales Progression, Mandy.Mandy kept everything on track by regularly speaking with myself, my solicitors and sellers solicitors and kept everyone updated during the process.Mandy's drive, passion and care for everyone involved is first class and if it wasn't for Mandy we wouldn't have had the turnaround we did. Excellent experience selling our house via Chalk Street. The entire team were professional and helpful throughout the entire process.
