Pines and Needles

Great service and beautiful trees and the St Albans pines and needles today. Thank you to both Freddie and lee for helping me choose my tree and loading it into my car. I’ll definitely be returning next year!

This is our fourth year buying from Pines and Needles and we keep returning because they have a great selection of trees and the service is top class. Felipe, Lee and Will were very polite and helpful today and full of the Christmas spirit. Felipe helped us select the perfect tree with some great football humour. We will definitely be coming here again next year!

This is my second year selecting a tree from Pines & Needles in St Albans and I was delighted to see Will again. He's smiley and so helpful and has a brilliant selection of trees. The tree itself is gorgeous and is already making my whole house smell of Christmas! Will kindly sawed the end off too - which saved me a job when I got home. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else now - thanks Will - see you next year :)

HI Guys,I am beating myself up because i did not do this sooner, but i promised the chaps i would do it so here i am.I bought our Christmas Tree this year from the Pines & Needles outlet in St.Albans Hertfordshire this year.I explicitly came back because the boys there were so helpful the year before and found us possibly the most stereo-typically perfect tree i have ever seen.This year was no different, we wanted a slightly more wild looking tree this year and the chaps didn't disappoint.Cheerful, courteous and eager to help, they made our experience quick and pleasant. The even let us take some Holly, trusting i would give a review.So i must congratulate William, Lee and Fillipe this year for running a very tight ship, and i hope to see them again next year.Best regardsGreg

Had ordered from this company for many years when living in London and in Herts. This year ordered 3 months in advance, had 3 reminder emails about my specific delivery date, and then stayed in all day waiting for the delivery which never arrived. Zero empathy/contrition from the first person we contacted in customer services about it, and no guarantee of redelivery - The great irony being we live 1-2 miles from their main site in St Albans so they could easily deliver one to us having messed up the original delivery date but no offer to do that. I won’t be purchasing from pines and needles again.

Bought my Christmas tree from here this weekend, as I love having it for the whole advent period. Freddie Lee and Will helped me pick out the perfect tree, they provided excellent service and make an excellent team! Thank you!!
