Taxi Northampton

Horrible experience with this company. They delayed me for 45 minutes.First they said they couldn't come to where I was even though when I booked they accepted. Driver asked me to meet him five minutes walk I didn't find him.I them moved to where I thought was easier Place to find and let them know. Waited again and when I called to find out how far the driver was ,I was rudely asked me why I kept moving location. Also their fault as driver refused to come to my first location.I only moved across the road as could see other taxes arriving there. Very accessible location in Northampton town centre. Ruined my whole evening as was so late to my destination.

Always on time. Top set of lads. Return to Towcester Racecourse no issues, booked return, easy to get hold of on the phone. Would recommend Taxi Northampton, easy.

I never leave reviews, but I felt I should warn!We’re from out of town, and this was the first available taxi company. Booked over the phone late last night and said we were going to need a taxi to Bedford Road Holiday Inn twice on the phone during the original booking and to the driver when we got in his car, but he still took us to the wrong holiday inn. It was late and we didn’t know the route so we weren’t aware till we arrived. Instead of accepting the mistake and taking us the couple of miles, he argued it was somehow our fault and charged us double to go to the hotel we asked for in the first place. We accepted it just to get back, but it was ultimately like £34 to go just a couple miles.Don’t take this service!

Called operator today and was extremely rude. He even mentioned that I was saying things wrong and patronisingly said you got it right now. I am a NHS employee and understand how to work in the public sector but to treat customers like that is extremely disrespectful. Highly advise not to use this company and book with Amber Cars who were so helpful and a lot more professional.

I called day before to book the taxi for 8:20am and they told me to I have to call in the morning because they are not able to book it. I called 7pm in the morning and they told me its fully booked for 8:20

Call these guys first they didn't answer then I got a txt called again they didn't answer then I get a missed call I called them back and he says there no taxi available I thought it was a scam it could still be it's a joke company don't know how they got these reviews?????

I tried to book a taxi, I was told 5-10 mins. Booked it, then as I was just about to hang up he said, see you in 20!!! Guy answering the phone was much use, sounded like a foreign call centre

Booked a taxi online which failed to arrive. Rang the office to ask where the taxi was and got no reply. Had to go in own car as too late to book another taxi.I certainly wouldn't recommend this taxi firm.
