Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Stirling

Had a car from a different branch and it required exchange for a new one, the entire process from request to driving was painless! Great service, friendly staff, great quality hires from this Branch! Thanks to Konnar for the help!

I've hired cars from this Enterprise 4 times now. The customer service has been great each time and the vehicles in very good condition. They consistently stock automatics which I appreciate as someone who doesn't drive manual! They even offer a drop off service to the train station free of charge after dropping off a vehicle. Thank you to the lady (don't know her name) who dropped us at the station around 15.30 on Sunday 26 November, we really appreciate it!

well.... get car, underguard it turns out was hanging off so car had to be returned, got the same car the next day and the staff pointed out to me several scratches and a dent, said oh they are all fine nothing for you to worry about so i took them at their word. having returned the car to a different branch it turns out none of the scratches were documented and now enterprise are accusing me of causing them. i am furious as they pointed them out to me!! so i stupidly thought that enterprise is aware of them. frankly this feels like a scam, will absolutely never ever be using them again!!!!!edit: please dont mistake the reply here for any sign of action from enterprise, while the review got a near instant reply here thier email however they asked me to message remains unanswered

Really great service, clear and concise communication of rules and expectations. Kerr McMillan was attentive and considerate and really easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I am having MAJOR problems and getting the run around. Phoned local Stirling branch to hire a car. Credit card got charged by a company called ET Car Hire (who answered the local Stirling Enterprise number!!). When I called another number they gave for the Stirling Kerse Mill Depot to arrange pick up they said sorry no cars available. So rental never happened. Enterprise refuses to re imburse me say its not their problem - its ET car hire's issue. BUT I cant contact ET (no numbers or website) AND it was the Kerse Mill local Enterprise number I called anyway. My point - if Enterprise wants to use a booking company on their OWN phone number thats not my problem. I paid for 2 day's non rental and cant get anything back. MOST UNHAPPY after 7 emails, multiple phone calls. Actually ZERO stars but cant post zero!

Had a hire car while my own was in being repaired, Connor was superb at sourcing a car that suited my needs, had a couple of minor issues with warning lights on the car but was sorted straight away. Excellent car, great Customer service. Also thanks to Ben for dropping me at the garage to collect my own car when I returned their vehicle. Highly recommended.

Car Hire experience was good, however watch out for the 35 pound fee for sending you an email to notify you of a parking or speeding fine.......

5 Star service from Start to Finish. Pick up and drop off easy and painless. Very professional process and full handover of the vehicle. Will use again!
