Flight cancelled, staff at desk did very well considering the circumstances and some very rude passengers, but we waited over 1 hour 15 mins with no news on a single hotel for any of us. We then preceded to book our own, in a matter of 60 seconds. Perhaps their hotel booking protocols need some consideration and updates, the system obviously doesn’t work. We waited that length of time for absolutely no reason, there were plenty of hotel rooms available to book in the area.

Completely and utterly useless, was given a telephone number when I lost my bag, please check daily with us and your airline, was given another number by Aberdeen airport, I tried 27 times without success, sent 2 e-mails, again no reply, not sure how much they get paid but it's too much as far as I'm concerned.I collected my bags after they finally showed up 12 days late, out of courtesy informed Dalcross handling that I collected my bag myself, when I mentioned to the female member of staff about the lack of response whilst trying to call them she gave me the, personally I don't give a F&*k look.Close the doors and start rehiring personnel who actually care.

So far, they don’t deserve one star. My luggage arrived in Inverness this afternoon and should have been delivered. Now scheduled for tomorrow. Medication and perishables in the cases but no response to my concerns.

At Aberdeen Airport they are the most rudest, unhelpful, unsympathetic people I’ve ever had to deal with.When we needed help due to an airline’s mistake they gave us next to none and showed no empathy at all.To top it off the women at the desk and some guy from their back room showed so much aggression to us that I’ve now started a formal complaint.

The manager “Ross”( he refused to give me his full name.)in Aberdeen airport is rude to customers speaks aggressively and dismisses customers that our in distressed state no compassion. The ladies on the front of desk tried to be helpful but we’re over Rosen by this contemptuous man.

Got text saying my luggage had arrived at my local airport yesterday afternoon. I live 5 mins away and at 10:46 today, luggage still not delivered and no one is answering the phone. Wish I could give zero star rating.

Real shame I can’t give less then 1 star, because that’s what they deserve. Please rename your business to ‘Dalcross Mishandling’I have better chance to win a euro million then getting through the so called “customer service”Been 4 days since I was told that by lost bag is out with courier for delivery but still waiting. Written emails and tried calling 78 to be precise but no answer.

Same experience as every other reviewer. Would rate zero if possible. When luggage arrives at INV only Dalcross employees have access to it before it ends up on the carousel. Bag on June 29 flight BA 1466 never made it to the carousel. Who from Dalcross took it? Other Dalcross employees were indifferent, dismissive and rude, and refused to help. In context of this miserable in-person experience have repeatedly tried to phone but never got an answer.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. A lost bag on arrival. They sent the baggage PIR to the wrong email address and then the link wouldn't work so we couldn't track it. Sent another email to be told they had sent one already, no apology or explanation as to where the bag was. We tried over 50 times to call the ticket desk and luggage number, no answer. Incredibly frustrating and downright appalling customer service.
