Alex was a great help and completed my plans within a few days and had them sent off quickly to the planning permission. He made me feel at ease and i can not fault his service!He always responded back to me whenever I needed amendments even at night when ive been working all day and had time to catch up. This guy works throughout and I appreciate the effort and time he had for me.Best reliable company i have been with!Fully recommend without a doubt :)

The best reliable architecture company I have come across. Used them for my Loft/Dorma conversion, so professional, even though I rushed them and changed my mind about the plans so many times a day, the plan was done according to my liking and very quick for an impatient person like me! They were so polite and very helpful in helping me choose what’s best. Honestly will be my go to now, for any constructions and recommending to family and friends. Price is also affordable and reasonable! Definitely give them a chance if you’re unsure, you won’t be disappointed.

We initially had this project with another company but their drawings were not up to building regulations standard. I reached out to Practical Foundations and they assured me their drawing were up to the standard. After submitting their drawings everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend and would use again!

Prompt response to my enquiry, initial appointment was arranged immediately and I was kept informed of their imminent arrival. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I felt confident that they knew their stuff. Once the site work was completed, Alex kept to his schedule for providing the drawings and liaised with me at every stage.
