Nails are good but service is not. Always so slow. They don’t care if appointments are booked and will give priority to walk in customers. Even if there is a long wait they will usher people in and tell them the wait is not long. I keep going back because the quality of nails is good.

Excellent pedicure, manicure and waxing treatments. Henry was amazing for manicure and pedicure. Would definitely be going back on a monthly basis.

HORRIBLE customer service, came in for a pedicure, changed my mind because my time was limited for school run (which I did explain to them) the man who was assisting me started to get angry and getting rude and manhandling my feet and mumbling, I do understand the frustration but that was uncalled for especially in the presence of your customers, when i pointed out his behaviour he tried being nice but I refuse to accept it as he didn’t apologise.

I usually get my nails done here and i’m always usually happy. this time however i’m so disappointed, i got simple french tip acrylics and that’s when the problems started. I had about 4 different people doing my nails and there was no customer service. the man who was painting the small white line on my nails took over one hour to paint it, and he made many mistakes and kept wiping it off multiple times making the nails messy. It has not even been 10 days and one of my nails has already popped off and nearly all my nails are already lifting.Update I went to get my nails fixed, which cost £26 at around 11ish, at 7pm my pinky nail has popped off. I can’t believe that this is the second time and it hasn’t even been 12 hours and a nail has already come off. This is my usual nail salon but now i will not be coming back because this is unacceptable. I would always recommend this place to my friends but now I will be warning them and making sure that they don’t do. The first set of nails cost me £36 and my infill cost £26, all together £62 for my nails not to even last 12 hours??????? Absolutely disgraceful

Walk in customers are given priority over bookings.I was given a gift card for my Birthday by my work colleagues for beauty spa. Sadly even after booking an appointment I was made to wait almost 50 mins (which includes arriving 10 mins before the appointment) at this point I had to get up and leave.So disappointed.

My nail literally fell off in less than a week. I went back and I was not only charged £2 to fix it despite it being less than a week. I was told that although she recommended this treatment (BIAB) as I told her my nails were damaged and I’m trying to grow them back, it was not guaranteed because my nails were small. She missed that part out on the day. I’ve had my nail fixed for free by other places when it was completely my fault and I was expecting to pay. These are short natural looking nails and they fall off?? The reviews aren’t lying. Not a fan, do not recommend and will not be back.TL;DRNail literally fell off less than a week was charged £2 labour cost to fix it. Td no guarantee the nails will stay lol

Literally the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The technician overfiled my nails even though I asked him not to with the electric drill and they are paper thin now. After 1 week the shellac started peeling and my nails breaking. The technician got the shape wrong and I asked him to reshape it to which he was rude and passed me over to his colleague. Horrendous nail salon. Do not use.

I went to this salon last week and my experience at this salon was absolutely diabolical. I went there for eyebrow waxing, gel manicure and express gel pedicure. The eyebrow waxing left me with really painful bruising and scabs under my eyebrows. The manicure and pedicure was chipping and lifting badly within a couple of days. When I complained about my painful eyebrows which I sent picture and video evidence of, they refused to refund me unless I go to the salon, or even be apologetic considering the damage they have caused me. Even through I notified them of the legal right I have to a refund under the Consumer Protection act, they still refused and actually hang up on me twice. I was too busy to go back to the salon to rectify a terrible job they have done and also I did not want to give them another opportunity to hurt me again. The customer service, the treatments and the whole experience was just terrible. Please do not go to this salon, I will also be telling everyone I know in the area to not use them. I will be reporting them to the local council as well as trading standards. I attach photos of what they did to me.
