Highly recommend east coker cars to anyone looking for a new car . I’ve bought my Hyundai ix35 14 plate and loved it also my daughter fell in love with my car she also went to east coker cars and bought herself a Hyundai ix35 10 plate , excellent service will now be looking for another car for my other daughter . East Coker cars is a great car dealership and I recently bought a polo for my first car from here and the car is perfect and have had no problems with it.

Bought a little Peugeot 206 great little car well priced , very friendly people .

Avoid. I paid a deposit on a car at 5:00 pm one day (bit of an impulse decision to be fair), emailed with some questions the following day and after some back and forth decided not to go ahead - so cancelled within 24 hours.Subsequent communication was very poor, I had to chase every reply and it took six weeks and LOTS of chasing (phone calls, emails and visits to the site) to get any of my deposit returned - countless broken promises on when it would be paid. Even then they didn't return it all, deducting the cost of the Autotrader advert which they said they'd cancelled immediately and had to re-run. In the end I agreed with one partner that we'd split the cost as they'd been so slow to process the refund and then the other partner overruled him and still deducted the whole amount.Overall very poor service and wouldn't trust. Glad I didn't risk buying a car from them in the end.

Put down a deposit on a car advertised, sold my old car privately (as recommended by them!), and the day before I was due to travel to collect, I was told the car is no longer available". No explanation at all
