Spent 25k with them as we believed in spending locally on our self build. Prices gradually increased to 15% above high street prices.Deliveries were short on occasion and then charged again to make up the short fall.Our custom was not appreciated and we were taken advantage of.Final straw for us was being charged £75 for delivery for 6 miles. we have 30k to go in spending and won’t be spending it with them.The guys on the front are good and helpful but overall the overcharging and total lack of an account overview leaves us cold.This is not a good business.Phil Stevens

Twice in the past couple of months I've called to check stock on a product, I've been told there are loads in stock. On both occasions I've paid at reception for the product only to find out that they haven't got any stock! So I've then needed a refund. Talking about backwards or what! They didn't seem bothered either! Would not recommend
