Came to Penrith to visit a friend from Scotland and thought this would be a nice place for a brew.Staff were absolutely lovely. They went out of their way to try and find the wife Soy Milk for her coffee and even though they couldn’t get any, the thought counted.Lovely espresso and really well priced

This spot has great coffee that isn’t too bitter plus a fantastic choice of breakfast options, sandwiches, soup and pies. I love their veggie breakfast wrap and the soups I’ve had have always been so delicious and can tell it’s homemade.The cakes are great too and the staff are always really friendly. Would highly recommend for breakfast or brunch on a Sunday morning!

What a little Gem, i had a delicious piece of homemade quiche, with a great mixed salad & lovely coleslaw, my wife had a traditional cornish pastie which was also very nice, 2 x coffees and a dark choc fruit flapjack 10/10

Brilliant, reasonably priced breakfast wrap , good coffee. Staff very pleasant. Very light and airy cafe .Would highly recommend.

It's ok I didn't like the coffee it tasted cheap no subtly just bitter but I am really fussy so it's probably okThe place has a feel of trying to be chic but doesn't pull it off

Went in with wife I had chicken potato and tarragon pie with mash and veg, she had jacket potato and tuna mayo with salad. All excellent and including coffee cost £21. Polite staff, very clean.

Lovely little refreshment stop, warm and welcoming. Wonderful range of fillings for your freshly made salad, sandwich, or baguette. Homemade pies, quiche, sausage rolls, cakes, tiffin...and more. A good selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and cold drinks. Eat in or takeaway. A range of different seating to choose from inside. Helpful staff, good facilities, reasonably priced, will definitely make another visit.

It was quite clear that the male barista didn't want my party of 6 + dog in unless his rude, arrogant attitude is a selling point for others. Other venues are available. Not recommended.
