I had an excellent experience with PJ Cars. From the moment I booked their service to the drop-off, everything was seamless. The driver Arbaz was punctual and courteous, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained. I appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend PJ Cars for reliable transportation services.

They been good. Been using them since the 90's picking me up from pink coconut at 2am on weekend's. Oh and today i left my phone in 1 of their taxis and i just got it back.So they also honest ,it was an s10 i only recently finished paying for.Nuff Love Pj's ❤️

Booked a taxi for my 18 & 16 yr old daughters & 3 of their friends, 16,17,18, a week ago for 2am after a ball in Derby. Rang the day before to double check, all fine. The taxi never arrived, no phone call nothing & left 5 young girls stranded in Derby in ball dresses in the snow! It took me a 2 hour round trip to get them due to being disabled & not confident in the snow. Will make sure all the young farmers & parents know how unreliable this company is.

I've used PJ'S since they opened, over 30 years ago. Excellent drivers, helpful and very quick. They will let you know how long they will be? And never fail. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Prices are a bit better. Was ok before, but yesterday was running after the car, just didn't wait until I lock my house door. This morning nearly being late, took too long to come.

I booked a taxi on Tuesday 11th from London road to Wyvern park that never turned up. Driver called and clearly went somewhere else and said he was coming to the right location but never came. I was still charged for this trip! I called the office and booked another taxi that came and i paid for the trip. I called the office later to advise of the taxi that never arrived and the charge on my account and got the most horrible experience with the staff on the phone. He was very rude, did not listen to my complaint, spoke over me, saying it is a busy period and then cut the phone. Wow! What can be more important than settling a customer complaint! I called again, he let it ring for 2 minutes and then answered. I was very firm and insistent this time around, which made him listen. He said he would call me later that he can see everything on the system but never did! I need my refund for the taxi that did not arrive and for this singular experience, I will never use PJ cars again. I have sent an email to your official email address with a formal complaint.

The driver was excellent and very professional. But the man that booked the taxi on the phone was very rude and completely unprofessional. He was shouting unprovoked. Not the first time your call agent is being very unprofessional. Something needs to be done

First time in a Taxi for many years as I drive myself but this appointment meant I couldn’t. My taxi came straight away and the driver was lovely. Very polite and professional and I felt safe being driven. I will definitely use this taxi firm again if I have to and would happily recommend the form to other people in the future.
