I have made an online order on 10/05/2020 and still haven't received my order (28/05/2020 at the time of writing this message) or even a response to many of the messages I've sent them. Totally unprofessional of them to just take the money and ghost the customer without even sending the items. Do not use the website! I have begun a dispute with paypal to get a full refund from these thiefs! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Purchased a £120 treatment voucher for my wife last May 2022, but she fell ill shortly after. She's recently recovered and wanted to have the treatment. Seeing that they had no appointments for over a month and a half, I asked for the voucher validity to be extended just enough so she could use the voucher.Wendy from House of Beauty came up with a completely impersonal and unsympathetic response of ... validity can not be extended. Obviously this will be disappointing news" and "the time of extending a Gift Voucher is irrelevant".It's great to know how unkind these people are

Very good treatments hence the two stars and that's why I kept going for over two years. One appointment mix up and one appointment reschedule later, all my future appointments got cancelled and I was told that there is a two strike policy and I am not welcome anymore. Clearly there is no need to maintain customers. Very disappointing behaviour. I found somewhere more welcoming, much cheaper, where people are more sensible and more cheerful. So all ends well for me.

I find the salon outstanding. I use Wendy for lashes, brows and pedicures and could not be happier when I walk out. The treatment quality you receive is equivalent to a 5* star hotel and attention to detail is impeccable. Yes, you pay a few more pounds than you would elsewhere if you compare prices in the local area but once you have been for a treatment you will understand why and would rather pay that tiny bit extra for the treatment and experience you receive.

The whole team took brilliant care of us and it is the best pedi I have had in ages.Wendy has been doing my nails for years and her attention to details and great advice is worth its weight in gold!Hugest thanks from Mum and I - can’t wait to for our next visit!
