The Ice Cream Parlour

I always order here and it’s not the cheapest place but I love to order here. The manager told me that they didn't have seats available and that we had to order before seats but people came after us and he gave them seats. We had to order to go.I'm disappointed with them and don't know if I'm willing to come back here

So Went here for some pancakes.It was ok Pancakes where adverage some seasoning wouldn't go a miss. Borderline cooked.Staff service was not great it was very slow to be served Maybe I caught them on a Bad day willing to try it again but I'm not expecting anything amazing.

Warm day need.a change pop in here so many different flavours so many different types and styles of cones The flavours are many varied and brilliant The price is very reasonableI will guarantee you will return there are so many and the price is very reasonable

We needed something cool so tried here for ice creams...... seen and passed by many times....very nice.

Attitude stinks.Didnt know we have to pay for sit down.What a show by the staff for a 50 pense to 'sit down'Atitude stinks

Absolutely terrible service. They brought my order 3 times as they kept getting it wrong! If they'd have listened in the first place it wouldn't have had to have been changed an extra 2 times. Also the girl working there was so rude, rolling her eyes so obviously when we said the order was wrong! Tea was terrible, and we ordered an extra side of whipped icecream from the machine, she first brought scooped, then a tiny little pot with it in, after charging us £2 for it we complained at the size, it must have been a tablespoon in a pot. Dont know why she just didn't put it in an actual icecream tub! The waffle and icecream was nice but Shame about the shocking service!

I come very often to enjoy morning tea. I feel sorry for the lady who is older and always tells me to sit where it's not comfortable for me and my child, if I come with a stroller I have to sit at the first table at the entrance. it's total discrimination

Helping to cut out the plastic. I asked the lady if she wouldn't mind pouring my milkshake into my reusable bottle and she was happy to. Great service

Normally my sister goes here often but on one occasion we got a chocolate cake with chocolate and strawberries and the cake tasted old and really dry. Didn’t go back that day mainly because it’s a long drive but a day or two later when I did come back and told them about it I got the worst customer service from the owners son. Told him about it but seemed like he couldn’t care less wasn’t impressed by this at all

Lovely coffee shop. A lot of choices. Friendly staff.
