Always treated horribly when I come in this store, I've just stopped shopping here and going to boots instead. Went in today for hairdye, staff back talked us and butted into our convo. We just left and bought the dye elsewhere. The staff need an attitude check.

Store aisle are too narrow for this time of year, store was crowded, busy and it wasn't a great experience. The staff weren't particularly friendly either, almost throwing my bag and receipt at me, I only tend to visit here for gifts for others, it's not my preferred shop of choice at all. Also seemingly more expensive than other stores like body care.

Called in for an appt with the lovely lady who works directly at the back of the store doing face threading eyebrows etc. No appointments needed. First come first served. She was very quick and did brill job. My face felt super smooth after. Plus reasonable prices. Will be going again soon.

This place should hang there head in shame for how the staff treated my mother. She is 74 years old they accused her of trying to steel another customers hand bag. They said they have it on cctv. Instead of calling security or the police 2 members of staff and the scared victim verbally attacked her worst thing is one of the members of staff was a manager. My mum is now scared of going to town and won't let me take it any further worrying about getting in trouble. Your lucky she won't let me take it further because I would of made certain the manger loses her job disgrace of a place

I have been a daily customer of Superdrug for last three years in Preston. Today for the first time, the staff was rude at the counter. Maybe, because the shop was going to close in 30 minutes or she might be having a bad day. But, I felt really bad.
