Pharmacy is always understaffed and nothing is ever ready for pickup. Issues upon issues. Switched to Trinity and much happier.

Had one of the most unpleasant experiences with the person working at the pharmacy on the 21st of October. Not only did they decide to lie to me about a product not being available when it clearly was, but making jokes about someone's health inquiries in front of 5-6 other people is downright nasty and insulting (followed by them telling me to move out the way after the 20 seconds of ill-mannered commentary so they can serve people behind me in the queue). Will be filing a complaint.

Avoid this chemist as they NEVER have anything ready. It doesn’t matter how long you arrange your prescriptions in advance you will be asked to come back in 20-30 minutes regardless.Please do not tell me that you have thousands of prescriptions coming in everyday! Boots is a profit making company that should be dealing with it by employing enough people to handle the work load. There are NO excuses. I pay for my prescriptions and will not be using Boots ever again.

Super disappointed & pretty hurt by the unprovoked rudeness of one of the pharmacists at this Boots branch. When I came to pick up some medication this afternoon, she saw me, ignored me, and when I tried to catch her attention gave me a glaring look and scolded. I get that she may have been stressed, but the unpleasantness of the exchange could easily have been mitigated if she could just have displayed a little common decency and asked me to wait which I was happy doing anyway. Her very lovely colleague (who was also clearly spinning a few plates) stepped in to help, which I really appreciated, but sadly I don’t think I’ll be going back to this branch.

On our visit today, we were very impressed with Grace a member of your staff who was very helpful.

Blundering incompetence ,Every single month I have to pick up my prescription , there’s a problem , At one stage I had to get my surgery to speak to them informing of my prescription , today they told me they didn’t have the stock , then they said they had, this place is a joke !1950s opening times ?

Unfortunately gone downhill alot, they don't prioritise people going in to get there prescriptions on the day they need them. Instead quote people a 30/40min wait to do other prescriptions why they don't just do them straight away and then continue with other prescriptions is beyond me and this is when I'm the only person in there many times it shouldn't take that long,thats what other pharmacys do, even then it can take upto 4 to 5 days for them to process electronic prescription. I tend to ask for the prescription now and take it to trinity as they do it straight away don't even give you a waiting time there so quick and efficient.The staff are great in boots now they got rid of a couple of rude ones. So it's a shame.

Outstanding service from Sabrine in George street brunch. Extremely helpful, didn’t hesitate to advise and look for the items and with a smile on her face. That’s the kind of service you want. 20 stars to her !

Well this is a poor excuse for a Boots. Looks very run down, empty shelves and under staffed. Be prepared to queue at the pharmacy when buying over the counter medicine. Awful.

Don't answer the phone, go on lunch exactly when customers have time to come in and when I went to collect a prescription the day before going on holiday they said they'd unexpectedly closed as there was no pharmacist available.
