I have used this service over many many years for ironing. They are wonderful — friendly, reliable and competent.

I have used them a few times and they have done a good dry cleaning job. However, they have lost one of my dresses and claimed that I had never left a dress with them... I have not received any compensation, not even an apology. I will never use their services again.

Usually come back OK. Once got a load of clothes back smelling of BO- worse then when they were sent in. They re-did then but still a whiff of BO. Will have them re-done elsewhere.

I have been using this place regularly for a while now and each time I am greeted by a very rude manager. She never has the time to say hello, please or thank you despite my best efforts to be pleasant to her. A couple of weeks back I took in several items to be dry cleaned on a Saturday morning and was told that they would be ready that afternoon. I then returned on the Monday and was bluntly told that they were not ready. I then went back Tuesday morning and was told that they were still not ready without an explanation or as much as an apology. When I finally managed to pick my items up a couple of days later (still no apology) I was asked to pay a charge to use my card for payment. When I explained that a new law had been introduced back in January stopping the likes of them from charging to use my card, I was ignored and continually asked to pay the fee. I will not be using this dry cleaners again and strongly recommend that don't either. Awful place with awfully rude staff. There's a much better place five minutes walk away on Lordship Lane.

I had about 12x suits and i called the business to get a few prices and was quoted £9 for a suit. I told the owner it says £8 on your website. She said no sorry it is £9" and i told her why is it lower on YOUR website

Completely reliable and excellent ironing service, with free collection and delivery. J&B have been our mainstay for nearly ten years now, and I cannot see how they could do a better job, or at a fairer price. Recommend!

I've used their services many times now. I am very happy with the services, they have a friendly manner and I got my clothes really clean, very fast service I will continue to use them.

JB UN-IMPRESSED. appalled by terrible service - promised a collection as a first-time client looking to form a weekly relationship, only to be 'stood up' without any warning or sympathy. we invested in laundry bags especially :( reason was invalid. waste of time for the busy people who are looking for a practical answer.

I used them regularly for ironing until a few years ago and apart from the odd issue with language had no complaints. Have used them again for the last two weeks and no issues with laundry and ironing collection and delivery.On one delivery some items weren’t returned. These things happen. I called the next morning and they had them and there was no issue with delivering that evening.You can now pay cash on return or bank transfer after delivery.
