Been in-store twice, great service. Also used them for a repair a few years ago and they were great. Recently emailed asking for a quote for a repair and they kindly replied with a solution that I could do myself, saving me £££. Highly recommended.

Best Service!I spoke to a team member on the phone today, shame I can't remember his name! I wanted to order a colorama for next week and he gave me all the infos I needed with price comparison too and when I placed my order he made sure it got shipped straight away for me to get it on time.What an amazing service! I had to give a good reviewWill most definitely use again.

Ordered a replacement skyport yesterday and was amazed to receive the next day. Great customer service and helped me get the compatable trigger for my lights. Will definitely use again!

We used the Flash Centre to purchase all the lighting equipment for a small photo studio in a single order. The prices of every item were competitive, if not the best we could find.The service was exceptional. I wasn't expecting a sales agent, as I was getting such a good deal on price. However, Michael quickly recognised that I had accidentally order 2 of the same item and quickly rectified my order before it was shipped.When one item had a small defect he also sent a replacement and arranged pick up within 24 hours.

I've never had an bad experience with The Flash Centre.From going to the London store to ordering online - it's always been a pleasure! I really appreciate that they send their online orders via UPS due to being able to track the shipment, rather than some of the poorer service, delivery companies.Keep up the good work TFC!

Honestly don’t know where the positive reviews are coming from. Just like the last bad reviews, honestly if you want to be messed about with fake items and the worst customer service then use them otherwise stay far away.

The delivery took over a month! By the time it was marked as delivered the project I needed it on was already done and over with. What is worse is that it was marked as delivered, but I have never actually received it! So I have been charged for an item I have never received. I have now emailed The flash centre to try and sort it out. Nightmare, terrible service.EDIT: They don't even cover the return postage cost even though their delivery schedule is the reason I am refunding. Absolutely useless company!

Ordered a Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 G2 Lens. They gave me the outdated G1 version instead. False descriptions on their website and EBay account. Confirm with their management, or expect to be scammed. Would not recommend.

Poor service. Shipped incomplete order in March have been given the runaround by staff on getting the adaptor I've paid for nearly three months later. Now have been charged full price for goods I can't use. I have suggested alternatives and been assured I would receive a response on numerous occasions but have received no information or feedback Shockingly poor service. Avoid they don't give a toss about their customers.
